A Toast with the Stars

3:47 AM

On the 4th of November, 2014 (Yes that's more than a month ago, been super busy and tired from work, but regardless, I won't ignore my baby ;)), I got to experience the classy atmosphere as I sipped my champagne and enjoyed the cool breeze on a rooftop at Stratosphere, The Roof. It was also the official relaunch of the Roof. Congratulations to Roen and Dax. :)
It was definitely a good chilled out night for me, and I can't deny the fact of life... which is... work stress. To be honest, I am very thankful that I get to attend these type of events not only because of the drinks, but the atmosphere, the experience, meeting new people, meeting up with old friends, etc, is what I really love and enjoy doing. I guess sometimes you don't need to search so hard to what you love, it just comes along the way as you experience life.
Anyways, back to the topic... I invited my dear friend Eileen to join me. :)

Although the normal champagne glass looks much classier, but I kinda liked the orange glass more because it's unique.

Truth to be told, it was very very hot that night although we were on a roof top. I was literally burning in heat and felt like I was in a sauna. If only Malaysia was much more windier, it would make drinking alcohol more pleasant as well, don't you think so?

Bumped into Leonard at the event. Known him since I was 18 years old! It's amazing how up till today, even after many years of not communicating he's still the same sweet guy that I once knew. :) Stay the same kay!

With Choulyin and Bryna! Choulyin, I've known her since I started blogging and I have not really seen her for some time. It was great to see her that night. Bryna is my party queen, hehehe... such a loving and sweet person, and fun to party with. She's one of the write for hype.my.

Hello to Samantha Kong and Eileen. I hardly get to see Samantha, gotta call you out more with L'ance. ;)

So this was pretty much my night with Veuve Clicquot. A nice and relaxing night sipping my champagne under the stars (sounds so classy I know). If you are wondering what it tastes like, it is actually pretty fruity and I kinda like it. To be honest I actually prefer this champagne over others that i've tried. What are the best champagnes you've tried?
